  • hello sir I just one to ask u one question
are trueman elementary biology and truemans objective biology same book?

  • Hello, i have studied Health Assistant, do i need to take any course or i can prepare intrance exam direct.

  • i passe pcl in general medicine, can i apply for IOM intrance for mbbs..

  • is syllabi for b.optometry entrance different from for MBBS? if so then do send me the syllabi

  • I m confuse whether I study BDS or bsc ag?? Would u plz help me to clear out my confusion. Which one will better which has more scopes?

    • BDS

    • Mona,
it all depends on you and your interest and your back up. If you have a good link in dental hospital , BDS would be good and if you have acres of land , you have option to chose agriculture as well. We set our goals based on our resources, scopes and interest. Talking about the scope, you actually need to explore BSc as I have not much idea on agriculture side.

  • I have done my SLC from a boarding school. Will janajati quota be valid for me?

    • Yes, as far as I know, it will be valid.

  • from which website i can get the marks cointain by each topic of each subject in iom.

  • sir,
Which book is best for the preparation of entrance exam while studying in class 12

  • Hello there. I am +2 science student from a private college. But i have completed my Slc from the government school. There are any preferences to me in mbbs entrance exam?

  • hi i am arjun .iam studying entrance for mbbs .i dont know how to study n which books are prefer to study,

  • What number of months will we get after appearing in HSEB Grade 12 exam to prepare for medical college entrance examination ?

  • 11 ma fail June bhayeo physics ma does it effects?

  • Dear admin,
IOM le ni syllabus diyeko xa ra? Malai ta patyar nai lagena. Convincing justifications with official proof dekhaunu vaye hunthyo

  • Hey, can’t I get the syllabus according to the marking scheme ???

  • Hi,I am a grade eleven student of science and i want to prepare for mbbs entrance.so which book should i select for its preparation taking in mind that i will be able to pass entrance exam of IOM.

  • Is it the only chance for us to study in Maharajung, Teaching hospital if we are in scholarship merit list in IOM entrance.
Or , have we got other chances too? Is there any possibility that we can study there through MOE entrance exam?

    • I am sure there is Paying seats as well.

  • hi…anyone could help me i hv taken a yr gap after +2 in science and i am still confused whether to take mbbs entrance classes or do self study or go in other sectiions

    • Hello Manisha
Since you have had a gap, if your interest is in Medical Science, do join MBBS entrance classes as it’d help to bridge the gap of a year. Self study is another option but you need resources and ideas.
To go into another section is up to you totally and depends on your interest and determination.

      • Hello sir..actuallyy..my problem is same as well as manishha ji…I had completed my +2 this last year..but becz of some problem ..l also take a gap for entrance preparation…soo sir plz ..give me some ideas and suggestions for preperation…which typ of books…soln..are perfect for preperation?..but now a days I am out of country…while upto for 2 months…an I had just a one solution.published by Dr. Krishna raj .adhikari..13 addition..so sir what can I do for other preperation..plz…suggest me sir….

    • Hiii Manisha …will u plz contact with me…

  • I just finished my A level and want to pursue further study in m.b.b.s. but i do not want to take any entrance preparation class, is it possible to prepare like that? And as i had studied A level will it affect my chances of getting scholarship??

    • In Institute of Medicine, No.
But in MOE, 20 marks are allotted for +2 marks, so it could affect depending upon the score you are awarded in A levels.

  • hey i just finished my A level and i want to do mbbs as my further study but the thing is that i want to prepare for the entrance exam by selfstudy, would it be good to prepare for mbbs entrance by self, not atttending any institution and where can i get the entrance preparation book in ktm??

    • Pragya,
You find out the syllabus, get the preparation books and start your self study. But make sure to attend mock exams conducted by institutes. You can get entrance preparation books for MBBS at bookstore on the entry to NAME.

  • Where to study for entrance preparation ? Orbit or Name or Vibrant ?

    • Hello Rajan,
I am not exactly sure of it but although NAME is an old institute, Orbit and Vibrant are rising institutes and have newer techniques. So make some research among people studying at Orbit and Vibrant.

  • Is there any organisation to fund me 4 the medicine i would work in hospital to repay 4 it after my study under contract….

  • hello, does anyone here happen to know which book I should refer for this syllabus study . If you do it would be great.I highly appreciate.

    • You can buy the book specially prepared for IOM which you will easily find at the gate of NAME or VIBRANT….It is highly prepared on the basis of it’s syllabus

  • How much mark do we need to score in iom exam in order to get admission in gandaki medical college pokhara

  • You may join BDS also! Some non medical subjects like Agriculture, Development Studies, IT are also good choice!

  • hi i am sunira i had completed my +2 in science at 2068..i had lost 1 yr now i dnt have enough knoweleged about which subject should i choose for further education would u plz give your kind information where i should visit…

    • 1st of all you will hv to select either of your science subjects and then go for graduation doing honours in your selected subject OR if you are interested in maths and physics then go for engineering OR if biology is your subject then do biotechnology.
