  1. Hello sir, i have lost a year in preparing for medical exams but due to certain reasons,I missed iom and moe.. Now I am thinking of giving exam of bpkihs.. But i dont know the cost required under scholarship (if i get my name on the scholarship list) .. I have also heard that there is half scholarship costing around 15 lakhs.. Is this true ? Please explain me this..

  2. Sir,
Pl inform the total cost (in INR) of PG internal Medicine from an MCI recognised medical college in Nepal. How much monthly stipend do the students get during the study What is the procedure fr admission and when are the entrance exams held.
    With best regards

  3. hi i’m too from moe scholars…….i’m from chitwan and according to ranking i can get coms of chitwan and nepal medical college…which one to choose…plz suggest me….

    1. In my opinion, Nepal Medical College would be a better option among two. The final decision should be yours, look into all the plus and minuses.
If you are from chitwan, COMS might be a good option as well.

  4. Hi, I am seleced in recent Moe scholarship exam, and I can get admission in any collage of KU as per my ranking. But I am confused weather to study at Manipal or KMC.. Which one is better? And how much does it cost in these colleges for MOE scholar student?

    1. Hello, Mr Paudel, Congratulations on your success,
It depends on your choice. If you are from kathmandu and want to stay, KMCTH is a good option.
But looking at the past records and exam results, Manipal is seemily the best college in KU. As I mentioned earlier, study depends more so on the student himself. There is ample scope for good students in both these colleges.
About the cost, you’ll have to pay for exams and few other things as far as I know, else its free under scholarship scheme.

      1. Thank you so much. I am from syangja, thats why I thought manipal is good option for me but most people whom I asked for advice, suggested me to study at KMCTH bcoz according to them, in recent years, level of manipal is declining and KMCTH is getting better, is this true?

        1. I cannot confirm such claims but, where ever you study KMCTH or Manipal, I m sure you wont regret because both are among the best KU medical colleges. Go for which suits you most.

        1. I think according to the past records and quality, Manipal would be better choice. But it depends on the student itself as well, NMCTH as a good base for studious students, as well as it is in the valley itself.
Manipal would still be a better option.

          1. Pateint flow is important, because beside studying, patient exposure is quiet essential. According to students studying in NMCTH, patient flow has improved there after the expansion of subspeciality departments and PG programs.
Try to get some more information of these colleges from people studying there/

  8. Kafle Bro, Please Give us Update about the fees of the respective Medical Colleges for the academic year 2013/14.Also do mention if it has provision of installments.
    Thank You !!

    1. Of course you can study in BPKIHS. Both Manipal and KMC are good. The results of KIST Medical College is also best among all the medical colleges of Nepal since years. So, you may prefer any college according to your choice.

  9. hlw frens!rite now im doin my 2nd yr of a level…and after 6 months I will pass out….and I want to do medical in IOM…will it eligible for A levels..plz anyone reply me fast@rc5851@gmail.com

  10. I am actually a Nepali and my 10 and 10+2 are from India …. can I appear for the medical entrance of nepal.

    Thanks

  11. to everyone…..what is your thought about PAHS ( Patan Academy Of Health Science ) ??
i passed the written exam and also gave the interview which went very well, i am currently awaiting result, but i am also trying for KMC, which one is better ?? i am in a real dilemma …..patan is really delaying in their result and the admission deadline for KMC is really near …. what should i do ???
PLEASE HELP, REALLY NEED UR HELP !!
    THANK YOU !

    1. PATAN is all about PBL , you need to labor very hard there. But the outcome will be good. If you join KMC , you’ll pass 6 months earlier as PAHS course takes 6 years to complete. If you’ve got your name in merit list in KMC, I think you should get admitted there without any delay to be on the safest side…PAHS result is always uncertain. You may or may not get in PAHS…that’s not sure….If you’re thinking to wait result for PAHS, why not to make your mindset for TU colleges 😉

    1. I think he’s talking about 10 lakhs. If so he needs to talk to Janaki or Gandaki Medical college admin I guess….They had allowed admission in initial payment upto 15 lakhs last year for some students, I’m afraid if they allow this year…..I don’t think other colleges do that………

  12. Heyy all dear ones,
I wanted to knw that can any of the college take my admission by paying 10,000 ruppes and the rest can b paid from the loan??
I am not so able to dat much money at a time and I need to take loan..
please anybody help me, and reply soon, its a request..
    M waiting for the answer..
