My advice— Don’t be so hard on yourself, slow down sometimes. Remember, the objective of a healthy lifestyle is to enjoy the life even if it means indulging on your favourite items once a while.

My advice— Think, how long your body will go like this? Soon diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol level, heart attack, etc.; will attack you. Remember, your today’s lifestyle will decide your future, so introduce some exercise and diet plan and bring some changes in your life. Though you will have a tough time in dealing with these changes. However, your today’s actions will help you in the long run.

 

Mostly 3 s: Though, you try to stay away from unhealthy food habits, you don’t believe in the concept of healthy living. You think avoiding or cutting the intake of junk food is the right way to control weight. In short, you are someone who neither believes in the concept of healthy living nor denies it.

My advice— It is good that you stay away from unhealthy food habits. However, you have to take some steps to keep your body healthy. Whatever things you know about healthy living, it is the time to implement them. Light exercises won’t harm you in any way!

Either blame our current lifestyle or genetic factors, it is hard to find a person who has never faced a health issue in his/her life.
